Hourly Support Rates
Fair & Transparent
- Standard Rate — $85/hr Fast, professional service during regular hours (11am–7pm).
- After-Hours Rate — $115/hr Nights, weekends, and holidays—when others are offline, we’re still on.
- Emergency Callout — $150 flat (No Retainer Required) No contract? No problem. Get urgent help when you need it most. Emergency Additional time: $115/hr after the first hour.

- What if I go over my retainer hours?
- Extra time is billed hourly or you can upgrade your plan.
- Do you support Macs?
- Yes — for basic needs. We don’t offer full enterprise Mac support.

- 1 hour for Priority Micro. 4 hours for others.
